We hosted a Thanksgiving feast for 8 this year making this our 10th year of cooking! New to the mix this year was our little dragon, Ethan, and Elena made her MN Thanksgiving debut. Conversation was especially great considering the same group was together last year as I cooked then went into labor later that night! And the food, wow did we have a lot of food. Nick & Christy were in charge of appetizers and Nick make some kick-a$$ crab cakes. It was a chance to let the games begin in terms of loosening your belt a notch with holiday eating. The giant bird + potatoes + green bean casserole + candied yams + stuffing + wine and cranberries. It was great to be able to sit down and relax in the company of great friends and family. After dinner, all eyes were on the kids and they had the group on all fours rolling and playing. We all relished in Tricia’s pumpkin pie, said goodbyes and then curled up on the couch for a movie. Couldn’t have been any more perfect.

These two played and played...
